General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers on the website [name of website] (hereinafter referred to as ‘website’) of the alternative practitioner for psychotherapy [name of alternative practitioner] (hereinafter referred to as ‘alternative practitioner’). By using the website and making use of the services offered, you agree to these GTC.
2. Services
The alternative practitioner offers therapeutic services in the field of psychotherapy on this website. These include, among other things, counselling sessions, psychotherapeutic treatments and coaching, both in person and via online services. The exact scope of services is specified in the agreement between the alternative practitioner and the client (patient).
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract between the alternative practitioner and the client is concluded when an appointment is booked, the appointment is confirmed by the alternative practitioner and the agreed service is performed. Appointments can be booked using the contact form or by telephone.
4. Cancellation and postponement of appointments
Cancellations or postponements of an agreed appointment are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations up to 12 hours before the agreed appointment, 75% of the fee is payable, and for cancellations less than 12 hours before the agreed appointment or for no-shows without cancellation, the full fee is payable.
5. Prices and payment
The prices for the naturopath's services are listed on the website or specified in the treatment contract. They apply at the time of booking. All prices are in euros. For direct bookings of compact programmes, payment is made online in advance. For other services, payment is made after the session by bank transfer or in cash. Other payment terms can be agreed individually.
6. Liability
The alternative practitioner is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for the effectiveness of psychotherapy or coaching success is expressly excluded. The client is responsible for participating in the therapy and keeping appointments and agreements.
7. Data protection
The alternative practitioner undertakes to treat the client's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy on this website.
8. Duty of confidentiality
The alternative practitioner is subject to the duty of confidentiality in accordance with § 203 StGB (German Criminal Code). All information obtained in the course of psychotherapeutic treatment will be treated confidentially and will only be passed on to third parties with the express consent of the client.
9. Rights and obligations of the client
The client undertakes to provide the alternative practitioner with truthful and complete information about themselves and their mental and physical health.
10. Online therapy
If the service is offered as online therapy, the client is responsible for ensuring that the technical requirements (e.g. stable internet connection, suitable device) for the successful completion of the session are in place. The alternative practitioner accepts no liability for technical malfunctions that are beyond his control.
11. Final provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments and additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
